Catering and Hospitality
Our catering course is focused towards progressing learners into the catering/hospitality industry; working in restaurants, hotels, delis, cafes etc.
Learners will acquire the appropriate skills to gain employment in the industry, but they can also use the course as a stepping stone towards further training if they have the potential and drive to become professional chefs.

All video and photography work throughout the website have been produced by the QQI Level 4 Pathways to Employment Programme as part of their project work in the Digital Media Module.
